Simply put, we have found the most economical way (time and cost) to ship is by Priority Mail via the US Postal Service, however, under rare or special circumstances use (UPS or FedEx)

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
We work diligently to insure that your order, when received, arrives in perfect condition! There are times, however, when damage may occur during it's road/air trip to you.
If you receive a product which has arrived broken, missing, or for whatever reason is not what YOU expect please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) so we can work on a solution to the problem and help to replace your order.
Please keep ALL packing materials (including product box, if it came with one). The only way credits or replacements may be authorized is by returning the entire package to us.
- We pride ourselves in our attention to detail, but very occasionally, mistakes do occur in fulfilling orders. If you find this is the case, contact us immediately (no longer than 7 days of receipt of the order) and we will replace or rectify the mistake immediately.

There could be a couple of issues causing this inconvenience...
In January 2015, Great Race Nutrition updated systems and our online ecommerce provider to increase security and enhance your overall shopping experience on our website. During this transition, some inactive accounts were purged and therefore need to be reset. Please contact us directly via E-Mail or phone and we can reset your account accordingly. We are also available via Chat during regular business hours Mon-Fri (8am-5pm EDT).
Also, our shopping cart program uses a Session Cookie. The Session Cookie tells us which Shopping Cart belongs to you
and what is in your shopping cart.
The Session Cookie on your computer may be turned on or off on your computer. If it is turned off, we can not identify
which shopping cart is yours, hence one of the problems checking out. Click here to find out how to turn on your Session Cookie.
